Blueberry Pancakes

A blender or Nutribullet comes in handy here! These pancakes are so easy to make and grain free, so you can enjoy an old favourite, guilt free! 🙂

Ingredients:

3 eggs

2 bananas

Blueberries

Vanilla/Cinnamon (if you so wish)

Method:

Place all but the blueberries in blender & blend well. Add blueberries to the mix. Warm some coconut oil on a pan. Fry off as small pancakes. Enjoy with anything you fancy; natural yogurt & a few blueberries warmed, some peanut butter, a little good quality maple syrup or sugar free jam. Heaven!
