1 Egg, drop of water, seasoning, fresh herbs, filling such as spinach, avocado, bacon
Whisk the egg with the water and season well. Add the fresh herbs & fry flat like a pancake. When cooked on both sides leave to cool slightly and fill as you wish!! Delish!
