Coconut Milk, Whole Chia Seeds, Good quality Cocoa powder, Honey, Berries, Banana
Pour coconut milk into a jar or bowl. Add 2-3 tbsp. chia seeds, 1-2 tbsp. cocoa powder and a squeeze of honey. Mix well and leave in the fridge for anything from half an hour to overnight. It will set, so it can be eaten with a spoon. Top with fruit and enjoy!
