This mix makes great grain free crackers, or broken up it is the tastiest crunchy crumb perfect for topping hummus, salad, soup, anything…. So tasty!
1/2 pk Ground almonds
1 pk Mixed Seeds
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 tbsp water
Mix all ingredients together. Lay flat on a baking sheet. For crackers, using a knife score into crackers shapes, before going into the oven. Bake in a moderate oven until golden. Refridergate for 30 mins. For the crackers, they should come away easily in their pre-cut shapes. For the crumb, simply break up and store in an air-tight container.
