Homemade chocolate hazelnut spread

This is a great alternative to shop bought sugar-laden spreads and tastes really good. And its actually very cost effective making you own!

Ingredients:

1-2 bags of hazelnuts, good quality cocoa powder, honey

Method:

Roast the hazelnuts for 10 mins. Once roasted rubbing in a tea towel should remove most of the skins, don’t worry if there are some left on. Add these to a Nutribullet or blender, with 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder for each bag of nuts and a good squeeze of honey. Blend until a buttery consistency. You may need to stop a couple of times to push it down off the sides and blend again. You can add more cocoa or honey if you need it
