Kale Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients:

Kale, Eggs, Natural Yogurt, Wholegrain Mustard, Parsley, Salt & Pepper

Method:

Hard boil some eggs. Shell when cooled. Cut in half. Scoop the yolks out into a bowl. Finely chop the kale and add to the yolks with the natural yogurt, mustard, seasoning & herbs. Scoop the mixture back into the eggs and devour!!!
