Omelette ‘Muffins’

Ingredients:

Eggs, omelette filling of your choice, salt & pepper, herbs

Method:

Whisk eggs in a bowl with a dash of water. Add in your chopped omelette fillings, herbs and salt & pepper. Distribute the mixture in a muffin tray and bake in the oven at 180c for 15 mins. These are so handy for on-the-go!
